Led the rebranding of Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), developing a modern brand identity and visual system aligned with its positioning in coaching, leadership, and management education.
Working closely with executives and internal stakeholders, I defined the visual direction across identity, typography, and system applications to improve brand consistency and clarity across touchpoints. The work focused on translating IECL’s credibility and professionalism into a contemporary identity system that could scale across digital and marketing channels.
The refreshed brand contributed to improved website engagement and increased program enrolments, strengthening IECL’s overall market presence.
