Lead creative for the Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) rebrand, responsible for developing a clear and accessible brand identity that supports the organisation’s mandate for transparent healthcare pricing information.
In addition to shaping the visual identity system, I served as the primary creative lead across all design outputs, including social media communications, campaign materials, and annual reports. Working closely with stakeholders and informed by market research, I helped define a cohesive design direction covering logo application, colour system, and messaging framework to improve clarity, trust, and consistency across public-facing touchpoints.
The resulting system strengthened brand coherence and improved the accessibility and consistency of information across multiple channels.
